CrossFit Khrusos is a great gym that helps people get stronger, faster, better but it is also something more. That being said, I am not a good enough writer to convey all the intangibles we bring to the table, so I will let these real people do it instead…

I started Crossfit Khrusos as a bucket list challenge, not knowing if my hours of cardio would stand a chance, but I knew that I wanted a challenge. I soon learned that the gym was so much more than a high intensity weight training program. It is a community of athletes that continually inspire, motivate and encourage each other. It is a group of amazing coaches that will cheer you on through an entire workout, give you a high-five after, and then help you set a goal for the next round. Crossfit Khrusos has not only made me stronger physically, but also mentally. I love being a part of a community that shows you anything is possible!
I love this gym. Not just because I get a great workout but because of the friendly atmosphere created by members and owners. It's not completely CrossFit kool-aid as some CrossFit gyms are. You wont get lectured about Paleo and Rich Froning. This is sort of an unusual CrossFit gym where you're more likely to hear people talk about their bench press than their Fran time. Unheard of at most CF gyms. I've also made some great friends that I hang out with outside of the gym on the weekends. Come try it.

Just finish my 1st month at CrossFit Khrusos. With arthritis in my shoulder and my bad knee, I had resigned myself to the fact the only exercise I could do was yoga and walking. I tried every exercise at home and always ended up hurting myself and feeling worse. Sean Keating has been at Khrusos for about a year and encouraged me to try it. Joining Khrusos was the best decision I have made! The coaches show you proper form and teach you how to scale things to your body's ability. I feel stronger than I have in years.
