CrossFit Khrusos is looking for people dedicated to improving their fitness. To make sure we are a good fit for you, and that you are a good fit for us we invite you to try a free class. If you decide to continue your journey you have two options to become a member of our community.
A- On Ramp: Our On Ramp is a 6 week introductory course led by our experienced coaching staff. At the end of the On Ramp you will be proficient at the fundamental CrossFit movements, you will be stronger, and your cardio will be prepared for the intensity of our CrossFit classes.
B- One on One Coaching: If you are chomping at the bit to get into the mix the One on One option is for you. One of our experienced coaches will take you through 5 sessions designed to teach you the Fundamental CrossFit movements and prepare your body for a CrossFit class.
Upon completion of on-boarding a coach will cover all of the details after you finish your final introductory session.
