Why does CrossFit Khrusos offer yoga classes?
In one word: balance.
Yoga is the perfect “ying” to the high intensity “yang” of CrossFit. Yoga stretches muscles that need stretching and increases core strength and balance. As athletes become stronger, this balance is crucial . As a CrossFit athlete, our instructor Elle Hillman understands how intense CrossFit gets. Elle designs yoga classes to compliment CrossFit and develop optimal balance for athletes.
The benefits of yoga stretch far beyond the physical. Experience body awareness, purposeful breathing, and the restorative effects of yoga. Improve balance in the body and all-around athletic performance. Balance prevents injury and maintains the integrity of your performance during hard workouts.
Classes are accessible to all levels of skill and fitness. You will find our class descriptions and class calendar here.
